Photo of a house being demolished after fire. Call us today!

Fire damage can have a devastating impact on your home, sometimes leaving it completely uninhabitable. Understanding the causes of house fires is key to keeping your home safe and sound.

Cooking

Whether you're using a gas stove or an electric range, cooking can unexpectedly ignite a fire. A splash of water in hot oil can cause a major flare-up, so always stay vigilant in the kitchen!

Electrical Issues

Watch out for faulty wiring or temperamental outlets among your electronics. These could be the hidden culprits behind a house fire. Before settling into a new home, get a thorough electrical inspection, and keep a watchful eye on your gadgets.

Heating

Those cozy space heaters can be a source of warmth and, unfortunately, house fires. Remember to give them room to breathe and follow the manufacturer's safety instructions to a tee.

Candles

We all love the flicker of a candle flame at home, but without proper care, they can lead to disaster. Ensure candles have their own safe space and snuff them out before leaving the room.

Smoking

If you must smoke, take it outside. Not only will your furniture remain fresh, but it's also a safer choice for you and your home.

Any house fire is a tragedy, but you might be lucky enough not to lose the entire property. Upon inspecting your charred, but salvageable home, you might believe that you could complete an effective fire damage cleanup, but really, you should always bring in professionals.

Firstly, it’s unlikely that you have the proper equipment or expertise to clean the effects of the damage away – simply wiping away ashes with a mask on your face won’t cut it. Secondly, the recovery process could take much longer if you attempt to complete it yourself, as it’s not an easy task to complete. Thirdly, you could easily end up throwing away salvageable goods or things you could claim on insurance. It also goes without saying that the effects of fire could linger around the home, potentially affecting your health.

Your home is your sanctuary, so it’s crucial to recruit restoration professionals with experience in dealing with fire damage. At SERVPRO, we have an expert team of technicians with the knowledge and technology needed to help your home recover from fire damage to the best possible degree.

If you find yourself in a situation like this, call SERVPRO of Wood River Valley, and we’ll work to make your home feel “Like it never even happened.”

7 ways to prevent fire damage in your home

4/29/2022 (Permalink)

Smoke reaching a smoke detector If you find yourself in need of fire damage cleanup call the professionals at SERVPRO of Wood River Valley.

Here are a few interesting statistics about smoke alarms brought to you by the National Fire protection Association.

Facts and figures about smoke alarms

  • In 2014-2018, smoke alarms sounded in more than half (54%) of the home fires reported to U.S. fire departments.
  • Almost three of every five home fire deaths resulted from fires in homes with no smoke alarms (41%) or no working smoke alarms (16%).
  • The death rate per 1,000 reported home fires was more than twice as high in homes that did not have any working smoke alarms compared to the rate in homes with working smoke alarms (13.0 deaths vs. 5.8 deaths per 1,000 fires).
  • In fires in which the smoke alarms were present but did not operate, two of every five (41%) of the smoke alarms had missing or disconnected batteries.
  • Dead batteries caused one-quarter (26%) of the smoke alarm failures.

Below are a few simple precautions you can take around your home to prevent and/or minimize a fire in your home or business.

  1. The single most important preventive measure a homeowner can take is installing and maintaining smoke/carbon monoxide alarms throughout the home.
  2. Working smoke alarms should be found in each bedroom, outside each sleeping area, and on every level of the home.
  3. Change the batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide alarms changed regularly. (A good time to do so is when the time changes in the spring and fall.)
  4. Make sure you have an accessible fire extinguisher on each level of your home and be sure everyone in the house knows how to properly extinguish a blaze.
  5. Reduce the risk of fire outside of the home by removing dying or dead trees and shrubs and by also keeping drybrush and debris at least 30 feet away from the home.
  6. Keep gutters, roof, and eaves clear of debris?
  7. Be sure any candles in the home are placed away from curtains and other furniture, as well as out of reach of children and pets.

Wood-burning Stove Fire in Hailey?

12/23/2021 (Permalink)

Heating Safety Tips

For a time, I lived in Hailey with a wood-burning stove as my only source of heat. It was nice to hear the fire crackling away and to feel the warmth of the fire. It wasn’t until I had to inspect the roof for a leak that I noticed that the stovepipe cap was not fastened onto the roof - it was just propped up there with no fasteners! Wind could have blown the stovepipe cap off at any time causing a fire. Yikes!

Fire damage happens more frequently during the cooler winter months, but it can happen at any time. [Franchise name and hyperlink] has been mitigating fire damage in [city name] for years. Here are some heating safety tips from the National Fire Protection Association to help prevent heating fires:

  • Install wood burning stoves following manufacturer’s instructions or have a professional do the installation
  • All fuel-burning equipment should be vented to the outside to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning
  • Keep anything that can burn at least three feet away from heating equipment like the fireplace, furnace, wood stove, or portable space heater
  • Have heating equipment and chimneys cleaned and inspected every year by a qualified professional
  • Test smoke alarms at least once a month

Commercial lighting equipment safety information for Wood River Valley

4/26/2021 (Permalink)

According to the NFPA (National Fire Protection Association), one of the most common causes of commercial fires is electrical and lighting equipment. This type of fire is not easily predicted, as the lighting equipment can look totally fine on the outside in your Wood River Valley business. SERVPRO® of Wood River Valley wants to share the following information about commercial fires and how safety equipment helps to lessen the damage and can assist in preventing any bodily injury:

  • Wet pipe sprinklers installed in the ceilings of commercial buildings are very effective in helping to fight the fire(s)
  • Building sprinklers should be examined and tested every 5 years
  • There should always be a fire extinguisher in reach inside of a commercial building and they must be checked annually to ensure they are in working order
  •  If an office building is on fire, exit the building immediately and do not try to fight the fire yourself
  • If there is a lot of smoke inside the building, cover your mouth and nose and do your best to not inhale any of it

In the unfortunate event that a commercial building does catch fire, rest assured that SERVPRO of Wood River Valley is prepared to help clean up any fire damage the building/area has sustained.

In-home fire safety for the Wood River Valley area

4/25/2021 (Permalink)

Fall is quickly approaching! That means all of the fall activities are about to begin in Wood River Valley if they haven’t already! One popular item associated with the fall season is the candle. If a house smells like fall, it feels like home. SERVPRO of Wood River Valley knows that candle fires happen and even though candles are small, the damage of a residential fire by a candle can turn out to be larger than expected.

Here are some candle fire safety tips for the Wood River Valley area:

  • When lighting a candle in the home, keep the candle at least twelve inches away from anything that can burn
  • Try to avoid keeping a lit candle in bedrooms, bathrooms or sleeping areas
  • Do not leave a lit candle where a child or family pet can access or reach it

One more important candle safety tip will tie to one of the above tips about not leaving a lit candle in the bathroom. When cleaning a bathroom using aerosol chemicals, this becomes extremely dangerous if there is a lit candle nearby. Aerosols are highly flammable and this can cause an explosion of sorts – please practice safety first and share this tip with friends and family who may not be aware of it.

If a Wood River Valley home catches fire for any reason, including a candle, please call the trained professionals atSERVPRO of Wood River Valley so we can help clean up the fire mess and damage.

Wood River Valley Wildfire Safety

The Blaine County, Idaho Local Emergency Planning Committee’s (LEPC) website offers some great tips to help residents prepare for wildfire season. SERVPRO® of Wood River Valley responds to fire damage emergencies throughout the year, and we offer these tips from the LEPC to prepare your home:

Prepare Your Home

  • Create and maintain an area approximately 30 feet away from your home that is free of anything that will burn, such as woodpiles, dried leaves, newspapers, brush, and other landscaping that can burn. From 30 feet to 100 feet reduce or replace as much of the most flammable vegetation as possible and prune vegetation, create “fuel breaks,” such as driveways, gravel walkways, and lawns.
  • Work with neighbors to create spaces up to 200 feet around your homes where vegetation is thinned to remove underbrush and tall trees do not touch each other for continuous canopies.
  • Regularly clean the roof and gutters
  • Connect garden hoses long enough to reach any area of the home and fill garbage cans, tubs, or other large containers with water
  • Review your homeowner’s insurance policy and also prepare or update a list of your home’s contents.

Fire Damage Restoration

-Fire and its devastating effects

Fire is one of the most devastating disasters a family can face. It can both destroy your home as well as your belongings in two stages. The original fire and then the damage caused by smoke and soot. We at SERVPRO have the products and training to help restore as much of your loss as possible.

-secondary damages from smoke

Secondary damages from smoke can cause up to 75% of the total loss. Combustion of home building materials such as PVC can produce an acidic smoke and residue. This can cause etching of glass, deterioration of electronics and many other secondary issues. One important thing to remember is how quickly secondary damages will occur. Within hours, plastics will begin to yellow, clothes may become stained or deteriorated, and the same may happen to other soft goods like couches or rugs. It’s very important to move quickly so we can restore items first before having to replace them.

-Our cleaning process

Our highly trained and certified staff know how to respond to a fire. Some important steps would be to clean what we can inside the structure ASAP to prevent tarnishing of metals and etching of glass, pack out affected materials to be restored, isolate those materials, use an ozone machine to chemically remove odors, and use vacuums equipped with hepa filters to remove much of the soot. We use many of our own chemicals and cleaners that are made by and specifically for SERVPRO in order to clean structures efficiently.

Fire Damage Restoration

Smoke and soot is very invasive and can penetrate various cavities within your home, causing hidden damage and odor. Our smoke damage expertise and experience allows us to inspect and accurately assess the extent of the damage to develop a comprehensive plan of action.

Smoke and soot facts:

  • Hot smoke migrates to cooler areas and upper levels of a structure.
  • Smoke flows around plumbing systems, seeping through the holes used by pipes to go from floor to floor.
  • The type of smoke may greatly affect the restoration process.

Different Types of Smoke

There are two different types of smoke–wet and dry. As a result, there are different types of soot residue after a fire. Before restoration begins, SERVPRO of Wood River Valley will test the soot to determine which type of smoke damage occurred. The cleaning procedures will then be based on the information identified during pretesting. Here is some additional information:

Wet Smoke – Plastic and Rubber

  • Low heat, smoldering, pungent odor, sticky, smeary. Smoke webs are more difficult to clean.

Dry Smoke – Paper and Wood

  • Fast burning, high temperatures, heat rises therefore smoke rises.

Protein Fire Residue – Produced by evaporation of material rather than from a fire

  • Virtually invisible, discolors paints and varnishes, extreme pungent odor.

Our Fire Damage Restoration Services

Since each smoke and fire damage situation is a little different, each one requires a unique solution tailored for the specific conditions.  We have the equipment, expertise, and experience to restore your fire and smoke damage.  We will also treat your family with empathy and respect and your property with care.

How Do You Remove Soot Residues After Suffering From Fire Damage?

4/29/2020 (Permalink)

A living room with fire and soot damage. Fire damage in your Burley home? Let SERVPRO help.

SERVPRO Can Utilize Various Techniques And Chemicals To Remove Soot Residues From Your Burley Residence

When a fire burns in your house, the smoke generated can flow throughout your home and cause you several other problems than just those created by the heat and flames. Once smoke contacts the cooler surfaces inside your house, such as your walls or ceilings, it can leave behind soils and soot residues.

What Do You Need To Know To Properly Remove All Of The Soot?

When our SERVPRO technicians work towards restoring fire damage in your Burley house, we implement the following principles of cleaning:

  • Locate Smoke Residues: We inspect your entire home to figure out where the smoke went.
  • Identify The Type Of Residues: Once we know what type of fuels burned, we can figure out what kind of residues are present.
  • Identify Type Of Surface: We can use various methods based on whether the affected surfaces are porous or non-porous.
  • Capture And Remove Residues: As a part of cleaning, we can remove residues from the affected surfaces and capture them, so they do not spread to other previously unaffected areas.
  • Dispose Of Soot Residues: Once we capture and remove residues, we then dispose of them in sealed plastic bags.

How Do You Clean Hard, Non-Porous Surfaces?

Non-porous surfaces get cleaned best by using water-based detergents while keeping the following in mind:

  • Chemical Suspension: Soot can be removed from surfaces by using the like dissolves like principle. For example, oil-based cleansers work best with oily residues
  • Proper pH Of Solution: Acidic solutions work best to dissolve alkaline soils and vice versa.
  • Agitation: We often use wet rags to agitate and remove residues.

How Do You Clean Soft, Porous Surfaces?

When cleaning surfaces, we can use dry methods such as dry sponge cleaning to remove soot. Water-based methods do not work well with porous surfaces because the moisture can cause the soot to soak deeper into the material.

If you ever need professional assistance with removing soot from surfaces in your house in Mountain Home or Hailey, call SERVPRO of Wood River Valley at (208) 788-0183 24/7.

Structural Damages Following Burley Housefires

Not every restoration team can offer an inclusive approach to nearly all aspects of recovery that your Burley home might need after a fire loss. Structure fires can be a destructive force that can affect much more than the contents of your residence, and instead, attack supports and framework of your property. Our SERVPRO team can help with the restoration of your home after a fire loss, but also can help to offer a full team of residential contractors to help rebuild and remodel after catastrophic structural compromise.

Scoping a job is one of the methods that our professionals have of identifying significant structural ruin and other fire damage to Burley homes. Because we have a full team of licensed residential contractors to assist our team through the early mitigation stages and beyond, we do not have to be overly critical of areas that might be costlier to restore than to remove and replace. The advantage of having a reconstruction team with a restoration crew is the ability to make real-time decisions based on saving a customer money and disruptions.

Fire losses can displace the occupants of a damaged house, so our professionals can appreciate how vital efficiency is. We can work with your insurance provider to ensure that all of the approvals are gathered to begin all phases of restoration and recovery as they are necessary. Controlled demolition, for example, must happen during the debris removal and mitigation phases to prevent structural failures that could injure bystanders or working technicians.

In many situations, widespread fire loss presents a unique situation for homeowners to remodel and renovate while their property is an essential clean slate. In many structure fires, walls must get torn down to the framework, making modifications and new layouts much more cost-effective for the customer – primarily when the rebuilding costs exist either way.

Restoring your home after a fire loss incident does not always mean demolition and rebuilding, but when it does, you can take advantage of the simplicity of having both restoration and reconstruction services under the same roof. However, we can help after a fire loss, give our SERVPRO of Wood River Valley team a call at (208) 788-0183.

Balancing Factors for Effective Fire Soil Cleaning in Rupert Homes

Cleaning is a critical process for every fire loss event in a Rupert residence and involves a balance of multiple factors working together towards the common goal. As challenging as the restoration of your home might be, our technicians have cleaning and recovery down to a blend of elements. Better known as TACT, cleaning and surface restoration involves a combination of temperature, agitation, chemical action, and time.

Every cleaning need following fire damage in Rupert homes involves the intricate balance of all four of these factors. Compromising in any one area requires the other areas to pick up the slack. The more that our professionals can address these concerns in real-time, the better able we are to manipulate these factors for adequate recovery.

Temperature

Now, it is well understood that heat makes molecules move faster. The quicker particles are moving, the more effective chemical processes are on damaged surfaces. Considering that every cleaning product that our SERVPRO team uses works best at specific varying temperatures, our understanding of our products can ensure the appropriate temperature conditions get reached.

Agitation

Mechanical actions taken before the application of chemicals and cleansing agents can help to remove soiling and sediment from the surfaces of affected materials. Depending on the severity of these residues, various practices can help to remove loose particulates or loosen them from their bond with the surface. Brushing, vacuuming, and compressed air are all practical approaches.

Chemical Actions

This step involves the application of chemical agents to begin removing or dissolving residues from affected surfaces. Multiple agents can adequately address threats like soot and smoke residues through neutralizing their acidity and wiping away the layer of damage.

Time

While every element in this balance is critical, time is one that can often get compromised from an effort to make the restoration as efficient as possible. Our SERVPRO team understands that a quality result after a fire loss cannot get rushed.

Cleaning up after fire loss effects can be a considerable challenge, even for our experienced SERVPRO of Wood River Valley team. Utilizing this balance of crucial factors, premier equipment, and potent cleaning agents, we can make fire disasters “Like it never even happened.” Give us a call today at (208) 788-0183.

How SERVPRO Removes Smoke Damage in Burley Homes

11/18/2019 (Permalink)

No Whiff of Bad Smell After SERVPRO Restores Fire Damage in a Burley Home

It is common for the odors associated with fire incidents to linger in a property even after restoration. Such odors can make it uncomfortable to stay in the house. Odors can also lead to respiratory issues if caused by particulate matter suspended in the air. The decision to involve SERVPRO in the restoration helped eliminate all traces of bad smell from a Burley home.

Removing Odorous Materials

The materials charred or wholly burnt in a fire damage incident in Burley continue to emit odors long after the flames go out. Our SERVPRO team, therefore, focused on removing all charred materials from contents, surfaces, and structural components such as frames to serve the duo purpose of restoring the visual appeal and removing all malodor reserves. Our FSRT, Fire, and Smoke Restoration Technicians are familiar with different cleaning methods, including sanding, abrasion, and soda-blasting, which remove all traces of charring from materials.

Odor Modification

Although odor is invisible, it is made up of molecules that evaporate into the air due to their volatile nature. Some areas of the property were still odorous even after thorough cleaning efforts. Our SERVPRO technicians are prepared to tackle such challenges through odor modification methods. In some areas, we used a ULV fogger to deliver a water-based odor counteractant to neutralize the odor. In other areas, we used thermal foggers to deliver solvent-based deodorizers vaporized to particles as small as half a micron that penetrate deep into materials. Thermal fogging delivers the deodorizer just like the smoke that causes the odor in the first place, thus allowing better interaction.

Masking Some Odor

Even after dealing with malodors caused by the combustion processes, we still had to ensure the residents would feel comfortable once they moved back into the property. Some processes, such as refinishing surfaces through painting, left some temporary odors that could diminish comfort. Our team chose to mask these odors using time-release beads, which provide a sweet scent.

Full restoration of a fire damaged property should leave no traces of bad odor. Call SERVPRO of Wood River Valley at (208) 788-0183 to help. We’re Faster To Any Size Disaster.

How Does SERVPRO Handle Fire Damage in Burley Kitchens?

8/8/2019 (Permalink)

With SERVPRO at the starting line with your fire in Burley, there is no way not to win.

Our team of technicians can provide you with a full break down on fire damage in Burley.

Among the various ways fire damage hits a residence, one of the most common and pungent is a protein fire. Frequently seen sources are a roast or turkey that catches on fire in the oven. When the oven is opened the oxygen rush fuels the fire even bigger, another common way this type of blaze occurs is from a pan with oil in it catching aflame and coming into contact with water which causes a chain reaction that makes the fire even more massive.

The misleading aspect of protein fire damage in a Burley home is that the residue left behind is difficult to see, but the odor is highly discernible which makes this type of fire loss a challenge to mitigate. Other aspects of the protein fire include:

  • The entire fire loss area requires manual cleaning as wherever the residue lands, odor grows
  • The high heat of the burn drives the scent into the structure and furnishings due to the nature of hot air to expand
  • The protein residue may be in the paint on walls and ceilings, and it may require repainting or application of a sealant

When SERVPRO technicians handle this type of fire loss, we examine every item in the burn area to ensure we clean away the deposits. Special attention is paid to possessions with fabric as part of their design, such as upholstered chairs and window treatments. We have various methods, depending on the colorfastness of the material, to clean and deodorize furnishings, including pillows and curtains.

Odor control methods in the room as applied by our technicians range from thermal fogging which works exceptionally well for eradicating odors in porous items to equipment such as hydroxyl generators which safely neutralizes airborne particles.

SERVPRO of Wood River Valley stands ready to help local residents with restoration services and recovery from fire damage. Call us 24/7 at (208) 788-0183 and our emergency response team arrives within one hour after your call to make the fire loss in your home "Like it never even happened."

Foul Odors after a House Fire in Mountain Home? Call SERVPRO for a Breath of Fresh Air!!

Odors Linger in Your Mountain Home House after a Fire

After the fire department extinguishes a fire on your Mountain Home property, you might think that it is time to breathe a sigh of relief. Unfortunately, fires can cause long term damages, some of which are invisible to the eye, but not your nose. You may begin noticing odd odors, indicating that odor particles from soot have penetrated deep inside your home.

The residual odors that linger in a fire damaged Mountain Home can be very challenging to remove. Eliminating the smell can be difficult without proper equipment, so it is best to leave the job to professionals capable of pinpointing and neutralizing the sources of the odors. When SERVPRO technicians arrive on your property, we can assess the extent of the fire damage and any odors.

We can haul fire debris and damaged materials from your home to eliminate sources of fire odors. Additionally, we can wipe down and scrub surfaces covered in smoke residues with the use of cleaning agents and special wet and dry sponges. Once we have removed the major sources of the smell, we can begin the deodorization process.

Our crews can walk through your house and recreate the path of soot particles to pinpoint sources of the odor better. We can then use deodorizers to neutralize hidden odor particles that may be lurking in hard to reach places. Furthermore, we can deploy a hydroxyl generator to filter out the air in your home. Hydroxyl generators can filter out soot, smoke, mold, and dust from the atmosphere inside your home with the use of a HEPA filter, drastically cutting odor levels.

If you are frustrated about a lingering smell after a fire in your home, then call SERVPRO of Wood River Valley. We have qualified technicians available 24/7 at (208) 788-0183, so give us a call if you need odor mitigation.

Preventing Fire Damage In Your Burley Garage Or Workshop

Fires in home workshops and garages in Burley are a serious matter. Both usually contain various flammable materials, such as greasy rags, sawdust, paint thinner, gasoline, and wood. Many times, workshops and garages also contain a heat source like a furnace or water heater which can help ignite a fire. The best thing you can do is to keep these areas of your home as fireproof as possible.

When a garage or workshop fire has broken out, you need assistance cleaning up the fire damage in your Burley property. SERVPRO has professionally trained staff who can come in quickly to assess the damages, clean up the mess, and restore your structure so you won’t be able to tell the disaster even happened.

Practicing safe habits in your workspace area is essential. When you sand, or cut wood, sawdust, and wood chips are created. These tiny pieces are a lot more combustible than larger boards of wood. Always sweep them up to eliminate a significant fire hazard. Oily rags should also be disposed of properly, as they can spontaneously combust. Placing them in a steel bucket with a lid that self-closes is a safe choice, or you can hang the rags in a single layer to dry on a line. Always keep them away from fire and heat sources.

Before SERVPRO techs begin cleaning your structure, we test the area to determine the appropriate cleaning method. We need to use the one that effectively removes the residues from the material or surface that was damaged by doing more damage to the material or surface. Some materials are washable, which means they can be wet cleaned applying a water-based cleaning product that won’t damage the material. Non-washable materials cannot be wet cleaned, as it could damage them, so instead, we use a dry cleaning method.

You also need to keep combustible items away from regular sources of heat like boilers, space heaters, furnaces, and water heaters. Keep flammable products like spray paint, wood finishes and paint thinner in a dedicated storage container with a door that closes. Lastly, keep a fire extinguisher in the area, and make sure you have smoke alarms installed. You may even want to install a sprinkler system.

SERVPRO of Wood River Valley is skilled and cleaning and restore your home in Ketchum, Sun Valley, or Hailey after a fire. Just give us a call at (208) 788-0183 as soon as the fire is out so we can help you erase the effects of the fire to your home.

Fire Damage Cleanup For SERVPRO is As Easy as 1,2,3!

When your residential fire damage is severe, there's only one company to call to restore the damage - SERVPRO of Wood River Valley!

SERVPRO - Cleaning And Restoring Burley Homes After Fire Damage

Burley residents have a rich history tied to the Westward Expansion. That does not prevent fires and other disasters from striking area houses, apartments, and condos, however.

Burley residents with fire damage need an experienced, trained, and well-equipped service to return their home to its pre-fire condition. SERVPRO restoration teams train to meet industry standards for removal, cleaning, restoring, and repairing both personal and structural property.

The physical damage from heat and flames is, fortunately, often limited to only one or two rooms. Affected personal property usually requires disposal either directly from the damage, or because it is more cost-effective to replace the item rather than expend the labor and materials to attempt a repair.

For structural property damage, SERVPRO team efforts depend on the material. Wall paneling, ceiling tiles, and floor or ceiling trim burn or warp quickly. Sturdier material like wall framing and other, wood supports resist open flames better, so our technicians can often sand down the affected surfaces to forego replacement.

What pervades the structure and can affect every exposed item are the residues left behind by smoke and soot. For many residential fires, cleaning up and restoring property is the major cost in labor, cleaning agents, and equipment.

If the fire burned quickly and was very hot, most of the residues left are powdery and easier for our technicians to clean using sponges, brushes, and cleaning cloths. For thick layers, they may use a spray bottle with a mild cleaning agent to break up the layers for easier removal.

When fires burn slowly, and at comparatively low temperatures, the residues are often very sticky and more difficult to remove. Team members use scrub brushes and powered agitators with stronger cleaning agents to break up the residue layers and remove them from the property without harming the surface. If the residues remained on the property long enough to pit or stain the surface, then disposal is usually the more cost-efficient option.

After the first responders and firefighters have left your Sun Valley home, and the flames have gotten extinguished, you begin to determine the steps necessary to return your home to preloss conditions. While taking care of the immediate structural issues becomes a priority, you also have to consider whether conditions are safe within the home. Our franchise prides itself on the inventory of advanced equipment made available to our trained technicians dispatched to emergencies throughout our service area. Air scrubbers are among one of the most important machines that we can use to improve the air quality within a home quickly, as these devices can trap debris, particulates, mold spores, and dust as small as 0.3 microns.
